Gainesville Florida Raccoon Control Situation: I have a raccoon problem in my attic in Gainesville. They nested about 3 4 years ago and damaged my roof to the point that I had it replaced (it was old as well). The roofing company said that the replacement was solid and the raccoons would not be able to get in. I started hearing them again in the attic this winter and my house sitter is still hearing them.
