Call us any time for raccoon removal and wildlife removal in the Las Vegas area. I have spoken with the field technician in Las Vegas and he fully understands Nevada raccoons and their behavior, and the proper methods for humane removal. For me to recommend him, he has agreed to abide by rules of humane wildlife removal, all Clark County and Nevada wildlife laws, and have a thorough understanding of wildlife biology and the concerns associated with critter removal, such as the welfare of the animals, the presence of baby raccoons in the attic, and the need to perform complete wildlife removal services with permanent results, utilizing techniques such as home inspections, preventative repairs, and animal waste cleanup.

Las Vegas Nevada Raccoon Control Situation: David, My family is extremely sick and the doctors have not been able to figure out everything that is wrong with us. We live in a rural area near Las Vegas NV. We have parasites and several secondary infections due to parasites. We are being treated but continue to be sick. The doctors are missing something and it may be related to the family of raccoons that lives in and around our house. The raccoons are huge, have lived in our house (front porch and attic) and are in our trash every night. I know that they carry diseases and can be dangerous. Our cat has gotten into fights with the raccoons and has ticks and fleas which would carry the diseases. What can we do? How would we be able to figure out what diseases these raccoons have and if we have a disease(s) from the family of raccoons? If there is any way that you could assist us, we would be grateful. Respectfully, Susan

My response: Since you don't have rabies (fatal, of course) I think Raccoon Roundworm is the only serious disease that people can get from raccoons.

Here's a potentially challenging job: Old 3-story house in Las Vegas... multiple raccoons and babies living in attic and between 3rd floor and 2nd floor ceiling... very difficult to access. I estimate at least 1-2 adults, and 3+ babies, currently. Very steep and high roof. We've had other companies try to trap, but we need someone who can remove these animals more aggressively than just waiting for them to come out and get trapped. We need someone who can locate and remove the animals from inside walls/ceilings, locate and seal all entry points, and clean-up and remove affected insulation, etc. to eliminate any scent that might attract new animals. The problem is access. The raccoons appear most active primarily between the floor of the 3rd floor and the ceiling of the 2nd floor. The method described on your website of using the young as bait for the mother may be difficult if young are between ceiling and floor. I'm hoping there is someone out there who can help. Jud
